Thomas Lawn and Landscape offers lawn care, landscaping, tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and related services. Specific services will be detailed in customer agreements or invoices.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
• Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation fee of half of the lawn maintenance price.

• Pricing is determined based on the scope of work and provided in estimates or invoices.
• Half payment is due when the estimate is accepted and the other half upon completion unless otherwise agreed. The only exception is lawn maintenance.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees of $10 per week not paid.

• Customers must ensure access to the property on the scheduled service date.
• Any obstacles, pets, or hazards that may interfere with service should be addressed beforehand.

• Thomas Lawn and Landscape takes care in providing services but is not responsible for pre-existing property damage.
• Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

• Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
• Lawn maintenance can be moved at any time due to weather.
• If we are not able to mow due to weather, we reserve the right to wait until your next lawn maintenance date.
• If you are on an every-2-week schedule, this means it may be 4 weeks before we can get to you — this is why we recommend everyone be on a weekly schedule.

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Lawn maintenance will start Jan 1st and end Dec 31st and auto-renews until the customer ends service.
• Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination is finalized.

Thomas Lawn and Landscape reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
